I was lucky enough to have early access to CodebaseUP, and I must say, as a late-comer to NextJS and React, the package has everything that is needed to make turnkey applications. I am still getting a hang of it, but so far, it's looking great. I like the fact that it is open-source and there aren't feature-specific payments as many other software tools lock you in with. Jakub has also been very responsible when faced with a question or you need some help with the repo.
