While Code Hawk excels at tracking and reporting API health and application performance, one potential downside could be a lack of detailed insights into root causes of issues. Improving upon this by incorporating more diagnostic features could make it even more powerful for troubleshooting.

@patpijanowski True, I agree, it will need to come later on as we finish adding part for incident management. We were planning to introduce a part where users can get insights into their app. For now, the priority is observability and incident management and then expanding into that area. But this is a great suggestion and points out what is missing, thank you a lot!
