Hey everyone, I built Code Graph View because I’ve been thinking about how we navigate code as AI makes codebases grow much faster. I’ve been writing software for about 7 years, and last year I built the first version as a web app and presented it at an open-source conference. I kept coming back to the idea that if the codebase is becoming more complex, maybe our interface for understanding it should evolve too. So I rebuilt it as a VS Code extension, where you can actually explore the graph alongside your code, trace relationships, isolate paths, and create focused context for your AI assistant. It’s still an experiment, and I’d genuinely love to know: does navigating code this way feel useful, or does the graph become more confusing than the code itself?
