Hey Product Hunt! Radek here, one of the co-founders of Codaro. 👋 We’re so excited to finally share what we’ve been building. Codaro was born from our own frustration in previous roles. As managers, we’d spend hours in status meetings just trying to figure out what was really going on. As developers, we hated being interrupted with "Hey, what's the status?" when we were deep in the zone. We wanted to build a "Live GPS" for software teams, not another "spyware" tool or rear-view mirror. Codaro plugs directly into your team's IDEs (VS Code & IntelliJ) and connects to your GitHub and task trackers (like Jira for now). It analyzes developer workflow—the data, the commits, the "messy middle"—to give you real-time answers. Instead of just tracking time, Codaro tells you the story of the work. It sends live alerts for: ✅ Flow State: When a dev is in the zone and shouldn't be interrupted. ⚠️ Code Churn: When someone might be stuck on a problem. 🤝 Collaboration: When two devs are working in the same files, preventing merge conflicts.
