Hello Product Hunt! I’m excited to let ProductHunt know about CloudWright. @chris_mullins, @pwestling and I have been hacking on it for about 6 months, we hope you’ll be excited too : ) Too many internal tools don’t get built — not because Python scripting is hard, but because employees don't have a place to deploy & share what they’ve built. Usually we see this happening on non-engineering teams — Solution Architects, PMs, and other technical roles. Why? Because they don't have: • Programmatic access to third-party services • Good places to deploy applications which need to run on a schedule • Easy ways to trigger the scripts to run in response to external events. • Ways to share the application with other users We want to fix this. CloudWright is a Python web IDE, accessible to non-engineers, which deploys reliable serverless applications. We think our killer features are: • Powerful sharing features (for both shared editing & tool handoff) • Secure, reusable connections to databases + APIs • Direct integration into your own VPC, to connect to internal APIs and databases We’re ready to use — we’ve got a free-to-use public version, and we’re happy to give 30-day free trials of our Teams tier (for sharing + VPC access tools). We love feedback — positive or negative. Leave a comment here, and we’ll definitely get back to you. Thanks!
