Late on this but thought I'd pitch in the view from here. I really like Cloud Magic - a lot. The ios app is clean and the card actions work well for heavy app users. I like the full integration with Evernote in particular. This week I decided to face my mess of email - several accounts/hundreds of subscriptions you know the story and purchased the mac version even though it doesn't have app integration yet. It is making me feel more organised already. I'm enjoying going in to sort things out. I have two accounts split into work/personal but when wanting a global view can of course view unread and starred emails across both accounts. Due to our abysmal exchange rate I paid $32 for the desktop version and don't regret this. I do however find the optional add on of sender profiles at $39/year intro price (full price $78) just a little bit out there. I am all for developers making a living and cringe when I see users hesitating and complaining about paying for an app but at this price no matter how great it looks I'm feeling a lot of users will be justified in holding off. My no thinking level for a subscription service if something is very helpful is around the $5/mth mark. Higher than that and it needs some kind of value scoring in my spreadsheet to see if it pays for itself. I don't want to discourage Cloud Magic at all because overall it's a terrific email program. Would love to see who on here is paying for the add on and what they think of it.

@helencrozier Really appreciate the detailed feedback. We honestly feel that Sender Profile solves a real problem - you never have to be in the dark again when you receive an email from someone you don't know. It adds context to your conversation in an unobtrusive manner and lets you tailor your responses accordingly. We're charging USD 2/mo for this as we've partnered up with a lot of data providers for this, which involves huge recurring expenses. As I've said earlier, we have plans to add more business-class email extensions which I'm sure will improve your emailing experience manifold. That being said, I do get your point and we will work hard to ensure you derive maximum value from all our future releases :)

Interesting, is Sender Profile embedded at the end of the email ? Will it show on other email clients ?

@david_senate So what you see at the end of the email is the heads-up, giving you a summary of the sender. Hitting 'Know More' pulls up the Sender Profile Card. And no, Sender Profile can only be accessed inside CloudMagic
