I'm also developing a tikotk like recommendation system using CloseVector. This solution will accept feeds, such as RSS, and transform them to offer a TikTok-like user experience, recommending content based on individual preferences. Simply provide us with an RSS/JSON URL, and we'll handle the rest. If this interests you, please let me know. Early users of CloseVector will also have priority access to this service.
