CloseClerk: AI transaction coordinator for Texas real-estate agents

Hi Product Hunt! I built CloseClerk because Texas agents either do their own transaction paperwork or pay a human TC $300-800 a file, and most of that work is deadline math and follow-up. The deadline engine knows TREC 20-18 cold: earnest money rolls past weekends and legal holidays, the option period ends at 5:00 p.m. and never extends, and title commitment runs from when title receives the contract.
