Clipster is not just clipboard history — organize everything you copy into Pins, find it in a keystroke, and sync it end-to-end encrypted across Mac, Windows & iPhone. Free to start
I'm Hugo, the maker of Clipster. I built it because I kept losing things I'd copied — and emailing snippets to myself just to move them between my Mac(for work), my PC(for gaming) and my iPhone. Existing clipboard managers were either stuck on one platform, or just gave me a flat, endless history.
So Clipster is two things:
• A clipboard that organizes — drop your most-used Clips into Pins (Code, Prompts, addresses, replies…) and pull any of them up in a keystroke. Plus full-text search across everything you've copied.
• A clipboard that follows you — with Pro, your history and Pins sync end-to-end encrypted (zero-knowledge) across Mac, Windows and iPhone. Everything's encrypted on your device before it leaves, so the server only stores stuff it can't read. Not even me.
The free tier is genuinely useful: 40 Clips, full search, every content type, no account needed. Pro is for when you want it on every device.
Why did I launch on August 4th? Because August 3rd was my 30th birthday—so yeah, time to launch my first product ever!
It's a solo project, built with Rust/Tauri — happy to go deep on the architecture or the encryption design in the comments. What would make Clipster a daily driver for you? 🙏
