Over the course of my career, I've seen many screenshots quietly including a customer’s name, email, account number or face.
ClipScrub finds those details in your screenshot, directly on your Mac. ClipScrub lets you review every detection and exports a separate redacted copy. It removes the underlying content instead of drawing a box on top. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud.
It handles screenshots, PDFs, documents, copied text and screen recordings. The redaction engine and CLI are open source.
