Cliper transcribes the video, finds the moments most likely to stop a scroll, and exports clips with face tracking and animated captions. We built Cliper because repurposing a podcast or YouTube video for TikTok / Reels / Shorts is still a second full-time job: find the hook, cut, reframe, caption, export.

Hey Product Hunt — I'm Alex, maker of Cliper. **The problem:** You just recorded a 1-hour podcast. You still need 8–10 shorts with hooks, vertical crop, and captions. That's an afternoon per episode.
