I'm a paying customer and the speed and quality are astonishingly bad. Support is non-existent, they don't answer queries, pretending to have chat, but they don't even bother to follow up by email. I've been in the 'queue' for 30 minutes with the most recent image, and it still says "9 minutes left." Really let me down.
Absolutely worst AI app ever. The quality of the generated images change drastically from the time when an user avails a free trial period and after the payment has been done. There are no places to provide negative prompts. Even if the prompt is not NSFW, multiple blocked NSFW images are generated. I wanted a refund and reached out to them via email 5 days back, all I got in return was an autogenerated complaint number. I tried following up twice but no one reverted. Do not waste your money on this.

Hello Rajtilak. I'm sorry to read you had a bad experience with Clipdrop.
That said, the quality of the images is the same during the free trial period and after the payment. You may have no luck on a single image, but if you try again, you'll see there is no quality loss: we use the same algorithm and have only one.
There is no negative prompt; we'll add this feature to the free and pro versions soon.
And finally our NSFW filter is a bit sensitive, but it shouldn't prevent you from generating images. If one is classified by mistake, you can generate another one.
That said, we'll refund you if you like thru customer support. I just found your ticket and will do it now.

Pretty nice! Mostly used it for upscaling. Bought a subscription for upscaling lots of images.
