@turankavalqhfz How it decides: it transcribes the whole video with word-level timing, then an LLM scores every candidate moment for how likely it is to work as a short. A clip with a slow opening won't go viral no matter how good the payoff, so it's scored heavily on that.
Adjusting it: yes. Open any clip and you get a re-cut panel, nudge the start/end (in seconds), switch the caption style (bold/clean/karaoke) or the framing (auto face-tracking / center / keep original), and it re-renders in a couple seconds. So if it cut a beat too early or picked a weaker moment, you fix it without re-uploading.
Love that the vertical clips keep clean, properly framed captions without weird cropping. The no-watermark and unlimited generation combo on the paid tier feels genuinely respectful of creators for once.
