Loving the 3D body explorer, that part feels really unique. One thing I'd love to see is letting us upload lab results as images or PDFs so the AI can actually pull values and track trends over time, right now I still have to retype numbers from my bloodwork to get any insight from it.

Thank you for your feedback! The feature you mentioned is currently under development and is expected to be available with iOS 27, alongside the launch of the new Siri AI. This will allow us to deliver this functionality robustly while maintaining a privacy-first approach. The idea is to enhance the tracking concept currently present in symptoms, and user feedback will be fundamental in this regard.
"privacy by design" is easy to say and hard to keep once you add a chat assistant on top. is the AI assistant itself running a local model too, or does the conversational layer round-trip to a server while the records stay on-device?

The model is local-only Apple Intelligence (in fact, it is only compatible with Apple devices that support Apple Intelligence), no external servers (fully functional without any internet connection), and the development paradigm is privacy-first.
The 3D body explorer is genuinely useful for pinpointing where things hurt before an appointment, and I like that everything stays in one private journal without feeling cluttered. The AI summaries are a nice touch too.
