Hi Product Hunt! We're Grupo Clic, and Clic Hotel is the second app we're launching here, after ClicAs.
Many small properties (hostels, cabins, campsites) still manage bookings on a paper calendar or in WhatsApp chats, and that's how double bookings happen. Clic Hotel shows reservations by night on a room map, and gives each property a booking link that only offers the rooms free for the chosen dates. The link applies the same rule as the app, so a room can't be booked twice for the same nights.
Around that it covers the daily admin: check-in and check-out, guest records, sales, cash register with daily closing, expenses with VAT, extra services, staff with commissions and payroll, inventory, suppliers and reports, plus AI tools to create reservations by typing them in plain language. It runs in the browser and on Android, in English, Spanish and French, with a 30-day free trial and no card.
What it isn't: a channel manager. It doesn't sync with Booking.com or Airbnb, and it doesn't issue electronic invoices.
