Maker of ClearTok here — the one-click TikTok Repost Remover born out of my own “digital spring-cleaning” meltdown.
A few months ago I scrolled through my profile and realized it looked nothing like me anymore — just an endless wall of half-forgotten reposts: random memes, late-night impulse shares, and trends I’d outgrown.
I wanted a fresh start — new job, new city, new vibe — but first I needed to stop my TikTok past from shouting over my future. After two hours of scroll → tap → confirm (and only 37 reposts gone), I cracked and built ClearTok.
What it does
- Bulk-delete every repost in one click. No scrolling, no taps.
- Stay local & private. No password requird. Everything runs in your browser; your credentials never leave your device.
- Dodge rate-limit headaches. Human-like delays + auto-pause keep your account safe.
- Keep pace with TikTok UI updates.
Why it matters
Profile reset, mood reset. A clean slate makes it easier to share who you are now — whether you’re job-hunting, re-branding, or simply tired of 2025-you’s taste in cat videos.
Mental declutter. Less noise in your feed = more headspace for new ideas.
Transparency & trust. We open-sourced the core script (MIT) so anyone can audit or fork it.

UX flow — is “Start / Pause / Resume” obvious enough?
Edge cases — any hiccups on mega-accounts (10 k+ reposts)?
