Built specifically for ADHD and social anxiety Not general wellness. Not productivity for high performers. Specifically designed for the neurological reality of executive dysfunction and anxiety-driven avoidance. Most mental health and productivity apps were built on the assumption that users have the cognitive bandwidth to engage. They ask questions, prompt reflection, suggest journaling, and offer menus of options. The core differentiator is directive output, not prompts.

Love that this skips the whole "what's the best word for how you feel" menu dance that always makes me close the app. One thing I'd find genuinely useful is letting me set a location-based nudge so when I actually walk into the grocery store it pulls up the next step instead of hiding it behind me remembering to open the app.
Finally something that doesn't expect me to "check in" or fill out a mood log before doing anything useful. Got a clear next step right away instead of another menu.
