Hey Product Hunt! I'm Vaibhav, the maker of Clear Approve. I built this because I kept getting asked: "Can you email me the spreadsheet every Monday?" or "Alert me when this cell changes to Approved." Google Sheets has no built-in way to do this without writing Apps Script code. Clear Approve solves it with two features: - Scheduled Snapshots — send any sheet as an email on a daily/weekly/monthly schedule - Smart Triggers — get an email alert when a specific column changes to a value you define (e.g., Status = "Approved") It runs entirely inside Google Sheets as a sidebar add-on.
