Cleaning Schedule brings room-by-room routines and shared household chores into a native iPhone app. Schedule recurring tasks, assign responsibilities, get reminders, and track your completed cleaning. Room-specific task suggestions help you get started, while Vacation mode lets your routine take a break when you do. Built entirely with Codex, using GPT-6 Astra since it became available.
How did Astra change the scope or ambition of what you built?

I developed Cleaning Schedule entirely with Codex and adopted GPT-6 Astra as soon as it became available, continuing development with it through to App Store release.
The ambition was to ship a complete native iPhone app: room-based recurring schedules, shared household responsibilities, reminders, activity tracking, and subscriptions. Astra became part of the development workflow that brought that product to release.
I chose the niche through App Store keyword research. The result is now a working app available to download, giving me a way to test that market opportunity with real users.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Sahil, the maker of Cleaning Schedule.
Keeping a home clean involves more than doing the chores: there’s remembering what needs doing, when it’s due, and who’s responsible. Cleaning Schedule brings those details together in a native iPhone app.
You can organise tasks by room, set recurring schedules, share responsibilities with your household, and track completed cleaning. Room-specific suggestions help you get started, reminders help you keep up, and Vacation mode lets you pause your routine while you’re away.
I developed the entire app with Codex and have been using GPT-6 Astra since it became available. For this challenge, I’m sharing the result: a finished app, now live on the App Store, built around an everyday problem.
I’d love for you to try it and share what feels useful or could be better. What’s the hardest part of keeping a cleaning routine in your household: remembering, finding time, or sharing the work?
