We turned customer discovery into a trivia game with claude
Traditional surveys have terrible completion rates, so I experimented with turning customer discovery into an interactive 10-minute game. Users pick music, colors, styles, and budget — then spin a wheel to reveal their "fashion persona" + discount code. Early hypothesis: Higher completion rates + richer behavioral data vs. Google Forms.
