This started from a real pain: every new project, I was spending 2-4 hours writing a CLAUDE.md from scratch — and half of it was generic boilerplate Claude barely uses.
So I documented what actually works across 25 different stacks. The templates aren't generic "write clean code" rules. They're specific: the exact bash commands for each stack's test suite, architecture constraints that prevent real bugs (like the multi-tenant "forgot to filter by organizationId" problem), and anti-patterns Claude tends to repeat without explicit guardrails.
