Hey all! We're looking for feedback after our initial launch in SF! So far, teachers love our platform as this is a niche that isn't filled yet. But we're still working on our SEO for helping students find these classes. Any suggestions for SEO building for a platform? The stack is Next.js/React – thanks to the creators! :)

We realized two trends that needed to be bridged: (1) we want more real life opportunities, and taking in-person classes - from yoga to kitesurfing, or French to tambourine - is a great way to connect with others and continue to learn. (2) we are seeking job opportunities we are passionate about. What better than teaching what you like? We want to support the growing freelancer community. What is unique on Classalog is that it is 100% free to be listed, and the barrier to be added is very low - you are not forced to use our payment system at all. Think of it as a Craigslist-like. Therefore, everyone who want to teach something can easily add their classes and it should ensure we have a large catalog. As a consumer, you have an exhaustive list of classes at your disposal, easy to compare without having to visit many individual websites with different formats. For your next class, be it to learn a wedding dance, how to drive, yoga, cooking with your team, a language before leaving traveling, or a gift, we hope Classalog will be useful to you! So far we launched it in San Francisco only but you stay in touch with us to know when we are expanding!

Good idea, as there doesn't seem to be a place online right now where I can easily find local classes all on one website. Instead, I currently have to go to many ppl's websites and find their prices and schedules. This idea consolidates everything onto one platform. Keep it up, Makers! Can you please expand it to my city soon? I know a lot of people who would be willing to teach a class or sign up for one. Can't wait to try it out!
