Una idea: agregar un botón para compartir la ubicación exacta vía WhatsApp o SMS, así cualquier familiar con un celular básico puede recibir coordenadas aunque no tenga la app instalada. Sería un salvavidas para abuelitos o personas en zonas rurales sin datos.

We have an "Emergency Circle" feature: when someone hits SOS, the server automatically messages their registered contacts via WhatsApp with the live location, no app install needed on their end, just a WhatsApp message with a map link. Exactly built for the "grandparent with a basic phone" case you're describing. Thanks for flagging it, it tells me it's a real, obvious need.
Sería genial que integraran un botón de "estado de batería" compartido, así cuando alguien reporta desde el celular con poca carga, los voluntarios saben que ese reporte es urgente y temporal, priorizando esos casos en el mapa antes de que el dispositivo se apague.
@veyseljstf This one's already live too! Every SOS check-in ("latido") reports battery level alongside heart rate and movement, and operators see it right in the report view (🔋 XX%) precisely to flag "this device is about to die, prioritize now." Great instinct, glad it matched what we built.

@abdulkadirc80x Same as I just told Alperen below, this exists! SOS triggers an automatic WhatsApp message with live location to emergency contacts, no app needed to receive it, just WhatsApp. One-tap on the sender's side too. Appreciate you calling out exactly the right problem.
