Circuit is an iPhone app blocker built on Apple's Screen Time. Pick apps, categories or websites, then block them on a schedule ("Sleep, 22:30–07:00") or right now with the Breaker: one hold, 15 minutes to a whole day, also from Control Center, a widget or Siri. Strict Mode can't be ended early; other blocks ask for a breath, a wait or a typed sentence first. No account, and it never learns which apps you block. Free: one schedule and 30-minute blocks.
