What do you think? …

Good implementation, what algorithm did you use? :)

Awesome Product, has some potential. Although regardless of the movies I'm inputting, the suggestions I get back are the IMDB top 250 movies. Tried to input Shrek, Toy Story and Up. The top recommendation is Shawshank Redemption.
Emil
@karson This happens because Shawshank Redemption is the most popular and best rated movie seen in movie lists that also contain Shrek, Toy Story and Up. It's expected and it's exactly how I wanted it to work. It will recommend the movies you're most likely to like based on your movie list - not the movies that are the most similar to those in your list (if that makes sense).

Ah! I was thinking from the perspective of inputting and finding similar family friendly movies. I found it a struggle to not have Shawshak Redemption 1st in a result list regardless of the movies I typed.

Love this! I've tried other movie recommendation sites before but they sucked. Was pleasantly surprised when the recommendations spat out 3 of my favorite movies and a couple others I'd been thinking about watching. Best of luck

This is really cool as I'm learning Recommender Systems currently. Where are you currently getting the database of movies from? MovieLens?
Emil
@daryllman Yes, I used the datasets from MovieLens.

I like the idea. How many movies do you have in your database?

This is wine coming. It's similar to Korean wild grape, but it's sweet and delicious. Since you heard it, taste it." After the toast, the interpreter of the Qing Dynasty began talking again. https://savewcal.net/
