I built this because I hit the intermediate plateau in Italian myself. Apps got me through the basics and then left me stuck. I could pass grammar quizzes but froze the moment I had to actually speak. What I needed wasn't another course; it was a patient conversation partner who noticed the same mistakes I kept making and helped me fix them.
So CiaoTutor does one language, deeply. You talk to Elena in real time.
