Hi Product Hunt, I’m Takahiro, the maker of Chozai X (調剤X).
This is a specialist iPhone tool for pharmacists and pharmacy administrative staff working with Japan’s dispensing-fee framework. Instead of starting with an item name you already know, you can look for relevant items from the features of a prescription or the work performed, then review conditions, documentation points and links to official source pages.
The current app also includes 1,067 multiple-choice quizzes with explanations, favorites, local pharmacy setup checks, and preparation checklists for 31 administrative submissions across Japan’s 47 prefectures, organized by year. It does not ask users to enter patient names, prescription images or medication-history text.
Its scope is reference and learning. Completing a checklist does not establish billing eligibility or submit anything to an authority. Users still need to verify the specific case and the latest official materials. The app’s working content is Japanese and focused on Japan’s 2026 fee framework. Basic functions are free with ads; optional ad removal is ¥300/month in Japan.
