ChitPool rebuilds the Indian chit fund on Solana. Families already save together this way, pooling money monthly with one person getting the payout on rotation. The catch: it depends on trusting an organizer who can disappear with the savings. ChitPool removes that risk. Money lives in a smart contract, not a person's hands. Members deposit, the program verifies everyone paid, then auto releases the payout. No wallets or crypto jargon, just phone number and rupees, like UPI.
The execution here is impressive, especially considering the timeline. What was the hardest part to build?
