Hi Product Hunt! We built ChiroPax after seeing how much time chiropractors spend manually analyzing spine X-rays, taking measurements, identifying abnormalities, and preparing findings for patients. Our goal was to make this process faster and more consistent using AI. ChiroPax analyzes spine X-rays and automatically provides measurements, annotations, and reports, including features such as AOMSI analysis, disc degeneration detection, joint integrity assessment, spinal alignment analysis, and other chiropractic measurements. Instead of replacing the clinician, we designed ChiroPax to work as an AI assistant within the existing X-ray workflow, helping chiropractors spend less time on repetitive analysis and more time reviewing results and communicating with patients. We have continued improving the platform based on feedback from clinics using it in real-world workflows, particularly around automation, reporting, and integration with existing X-ray systems.
