Chipmunk is a WordPress Theme tailored to meet the increased demand for content curation websites. Carefully crafted with the user in mind, to aid in great content discovery.
@pravilz@janwennesland Hi Pravil, thanks man! Actually, ads can be inserted in the theme already. We support standard banner ads as well as embedable html code from AdSense and similar services. We don't plan on including widgets in the theme, tho.

@piotrkulpinski Got it. Thanks Piotr. I think if I need to add contextual ads (replacing one item here: http://demo.chipmunktheme.com/co... with a contextual ad which looks similar to the item) this may need further customization.

Sounds interesting however what does it auto curate from ? i mean it seems to be manual curation based on user submissions only, or did i miss some sort of curation features such as rss feed curation ?
@mitch_menghi Hi Mitch, That's the whole idea of curation, I guess, that the resources have to be hand-picked by creators. We do not plan to implement any automatic content population at the moment.
Thank you @janwennesland and @piotrkulpinski for building this. As soon as I found it, I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it 😄 I have since built my own curated directory using the Chipmunk theme (albeit heavily modified) and I have to say, it's extremely clean and well-documented! I'd be more than happy to provide a testimonial!
@morroworks@janwennesland Thank you Josh! We did our best to make it easy for people to use it the way they want so your words mean a lot! Feel free to send us the testimonial at hello@chipmunktheme.com when you find some time. We'd love to feature it on our landing page!
