Nice work on the all-in-one logistics setup. One thing I'd love to see is a driver mobile app or at least an API endpoint for delivery agents to update parcel status with photo proof, since right now everything seems centered on the branch dashboard and customers. That would close the loop between pickup and delivery nicely.
@dogan56759 Hi Dogan, thank you so much for the kind words and thoughtful feedback! 🙌
You bring up a fantastic point about closing the final-mile delivery loop. Currently, delivery riders/drivers can log into the Agent portal via their mobile browsers (since the PWA UI is fully mobile-responsive) to update parcel statuses to 'Delivered' and upload Proof of Delivery (photo + receiver name) right from the field.
However, I completely agree that a dedicated native Driver Mobile App—along with a set of REST API endpoints for external custom driver apps—would make the experience much smoother and more professional. That is definitely on our roadmap for upcoming updates! 🚀
Thanks again for checking out Cheetah and sharing your brilliant thoughts!
