Glad you like Cheapest Hood! I have been obsessing over finding a new apartment for a few months. Where I live isn't as important (there are so many cool neighborhoods in NYC!) as a good price and a decent amount of space! So a friend and I put a bunch of this data together in one place to make it easy to see what neighborhoods might be undervalued.
The data is refreshed once a day to make it near real time. I don't expect the price per square foot to change that frequently so this seems like a reasonable rate to pull data!
If you find a new place with cheapest hood you have to invite us to your house warming!
