How did Astra change the scope or ambition of what you built?

Chatty uses GPT-6 Astra as an autonomous website sales agent. It takes a visitor from a question to an outcome: understanding what they need, reasoning over the company’s website and documents, finding the relevant information, asking follow-up questions when necessary, capturing their details, and taking actions such as booking a meeting. Instead of being another “chat with your website” bot, Chatty uses Astra to handle an end-to-end customer conversation and complete the next step.
