Chatsby is fantastic because it delivers fast, human-like conversations at scale while keeping interactions personalized through CRM and database context. It handles a high volume of routine questions across web, eCommerce, and messaging channels without sacrificing consistency, and it escalates complex cases to human agents smoothly so customers don’t get stuck in automation loops. The real-time insights and analytics make it easy for teams to track performance and continuously improve conversion outcomes, and its enterprise-grade security and compliance standards provide confidence for deployment in demanding environments.
The main improvement opportunity is making onboarding and optimization simpler. The product is powerful, but getting the best results requires careful CRM/data mapping and ongoing tuning of conversation flows. More guided setup templates, best-practice playbooks, and in-product recommendations would help teams reach value faster.
We chose Chatsby over alternative solutions because it offered the best combination of human-like, real-time engagement, true omnichannel deployment (website, eCommerce, and messaging apps), and deep CRM/database integration for contextual, personalized conversations. Compared with other tools we evaluated, Chatsby was stronger at handling high conversation volumes while still providing a smooth, reliable escalation path to human agents for complex cases. The built-in real-time analytics and its enterprise-grade security posture (SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance) were also key differentiators that made it a safer, more scalable long-term choice.
I liked the features that distinguish this from others.. I just use free version on my portfolio website. It's mainly to showoff.. I have regular clients visits my portfolio. and someof them praised for the agent..
The biggest feature is i can see the customer sending message from which city he/she belongs.
The biggest issue i found that there's too many options/features. I dont even understand all of them what they actually mean.. they should be make this more ease for them..

I also tried Chatbase, it's not bad. But i needed something that feels more customizable more unique and better free tier. beside there is lots of features you can train to you AI agent that chatbase not even thought yet..
See i can add products to train on chatsby.co
Beside lots of features that are totally free.
I use Chatsby to power AI-driven interactions on my website, mainly for customer support and guiding users through different flows. What really sets it apart is its agentic actions, instead of just answering questions, the AI can actually take meaningful actions on behalf of the user.
This makes the whole experience feel less like a chatbot and more like a living, intelligent layer on top of the website. It can guide visitors, trigger workflows, and adapt responses based on context, which dramatically improves engagement and reduces manual support work.
More advanced customization for complex agent workflows
Better handling of edge cases in multi-step actions
Expanded integrations with third-party tools
More visibility/control over how agentic decisions are made
I looked at a few traditional chatbot and AI support tools, but most of them felt too static and rule-based. They could answer questions, but they couldn’t do much beyond that.
I chose Chatsby because it goes a step further with agentic capabilities, turning the AI into something closer to a digital assistant rather than just a support bot. That difference was huge for my use case.

Is there any kind of tutorial how to embed the chatbot
