In another words, it is up to our users to inform ChatRealtor for their changes of inventory. You actually inspire me of a better strategy: pull the data of Zilllow regularly. 1. Zillow, which is one of the largest lead gen websites for realtors and other lead gen websites like realtor.com and Redfin
2. Realtors' own websites and social media groups
3. Ad videos from Youtube or Tiktok.
