The intelligence that Astra brought to the build in not only building the technical aspects of the application, but also understanding the product vision and executing without multiple follow-ups and rewrites. In addition, its capability within the ChatGPT desktop app for computer use was very useful in testing certain user workflows in local environments and documenting the results. The most impressive element about Astra is not just its intelligence, but its efficiency. I was able to run Astra on this codebase for many hours and feel like I barely hit a dent in my usage. And while there was a lot of work involved and many commits, its context compaction meant it never got confused or lost sight of what we were working on. Added bonus: Its great at making interactive and fun visuals!
