About moderation, as well as letting customers assign moderators to chat groups/rooms, we also use Amazon's Transcribe and Rekognition machine learning tools to implement text and image moderation filters. Customers can opt into applying these filters with our auto-moderator tool. We also plan on releasing a customization feature "User Access Rules" that let's customers define an additional layer of security for their chat channels, messages and users access. Customers can use their dashboard to attach these rules determining if a user can participate in chats, send and reply to messages, etc. using custom logic and their specific context. This lets the customer plug in any moderator solution they want to the platform on top of our built-in tools. I'll update this thread when that's released!
