@cj_terral003 The web chat is probably going to be the one I would use more often, because I have other tools for all the other chats. However, it was not clear how to set the default message, or to change the way the client introduces themselves - for example, I would have rather collected the email address instead of the phone number. With all that said, its still a great tool that I am sure will do well.

@berthakgokong Great feedback. To your point, we developed a feature to change the default message and aim to launch it soon. Changing the client intro to an email could be added, too.
