Really like how the follow-ups keep things polite instead of pushy, that matters a lot for owner-led shops trying to keep relationships intact. One small thing I'd love to see is a built-in late fee or interest trigger that adds a line to the reminder after, say, 30 days past due, so we don't have to recalculate it ourselves.
