honestly this looks super useful for keeping everything straight when a dispute hits. one thing i'd love to see is a built in checklist of the most common reason codes per processor, so you know upfront which documents actually matter before you start gathering stuff. would save a lot of trial and error

Right now there's a general evidence checklist, but it doesn't change based on the processor or the reason code. I hadn't considered using the reason code to guide the checklist from the start, but that makes a lot of sense. It would save people from collecting evidence they probably won't need.

Really like that everything stays local, no account or subscription nonsense. The PDF export with the timeline laid out cleanly is a nice touch, especially handy for someone like me handling disputes solo.

Yes, that was one of the main reasons I kept it local. Chargeback cases often include sensitive customer and payment information, so I didn’t want users to have to upload all of that to another platform just to organize a response.
Do you have many disputes to handle? I'm very interested in seeing which is the part that usually takes the most time for you.

Really useful for keeping dispute docs tidy on my laptop. The PDF export came out clean and ready to send without messing with formatting.
