Hey Product Hunters! I made this thing called Chainix. Here's the problem I had, and how I solved it:

🤔 Problem
I was drowning in customer support for my website and tried using AI tools to help. But here's what kept happening: the AI would give terrible responses, and I had absolutely no idea why. Was my prompt bad? Did I give it the wrong context? Was there some weird edge case I didn't think of? Does the AI just not know how to handle this type of request?

Every AI tool I tried was basically a black box. Type in your request, get an answer, and when it's wrong... good luck figuring out what to fix. There was no way to teach the AI my step-by-step thinking process. I wanted to guide it through the same logic I use, but everything had to be crammed into one giant prompt.

What I really wanted was to see inside the AI's "brain", show me exactly where you went wrong so I can fix just that part.

💡 Solution
I thought, what if instead of one giant AI prompt, I could break it into steps? Like a flowchart the AI follows.

So I built Chainix. You drag and drop steps onto a canvas. Each step gets its own instructions, and based on what the AI outputs, it flows to the next step. When something breaks, you can see exactly which step failed instead of guessing.

For my support flow: classify ticket → look up account → check known issues → write response. When the AI did something wrong, I could see "oh, this step classified the ticket incorrectly" and just fix that piece (or add a new piece).

Now it handles ~60% of my support requests reliably, and debugging takes minutes.

Would love to hear if other people have hit this same wall with AI tools! Also curious what other workflows people might want to build - I think this works for anything involving reading text and taking action: content moderation, document processing, lead qualification, etc.
