It supports freelancers, agencies, law firms, real estate, finance, and insurance teams with verified signatures, KYC checks, audit trails, instant payouts, team roles, access control, and API/webhook integrations — ensuring compliant, structured, and efficient digital workflows.

What inspired you to build this? We built ChainDoc because modern teams still waste too much time switching between tools just to sign a contract, verify identity, or send a payment. It slows projects down, creates confusion, and adds unnecessary friction — especially for freelancers, agencies, and remote teams. What problem were you trying to solve? We wanted to remove this fragmentation. ChainDoc brings eSignatures, ID verification, and blockchain-backed audit logs into one secure workflow. No more jumping between platforms or losing track of who signed what. How did your approach evolve? While talking to users, we realized that transparency and trust were the biggest barriers in digital agreements. That’s why we added instant payment requests, immutable blockchain timestamps, and role-based access — to make the whole process simple, secure, and fully traceable.
