Managing multiple servers with plain SSH gets old fast. You're jumping between machines, keeping track of keys manually, no single place to see what's running where, no way to push something across everything at once. It works for one or two servers but the moment your infrastructure grows it starts feeling like you're fighting your own tools. What does your server setup look like — and what's the most painful part of managing it?

Curious what everyone here is working with. How many servers are you managing, and what breaks down first when the number grows? Is it access management, keeping things consistent across machines, visibility into what's actually running or something else entirely?
