Cellbound turns a familiar spreadsheet into a live financial terminal. Type a stock or crypto ticker into any cell to stream prices, build hourly charts, pull company fundamentals, compare pairs, and calculate with Excel-style formulas. It runs in your browser, is free to use, and lets you build custom market dashboards in seconds.
Would love to see support for custom formulas that reference ticker data directly, something like =AAPL.price * 2 instead of having to remember separate function names. That would make building more complex dashboards feel way more natural.
@nesrinelsf Thanks for the feedback! This is already supported. You can just type $AAPL*2 in the cell
This looks genuinely useful for quick market tracking without leaving a spreadsheet. One thing I'd love to see is the ability to set custom alerts, like getting a notification when a cell formula hits a certain value or when a tracked ticker crosses a threshold. Would make it feel even more like a real terminal.

Finally tried this and the pair comparison in a single formula column actually saved me from opening three tabs. The hourly chart rendering was snappier than I expected for something running straight in the browser.

being able to save and share custom dashboard templates with a single link would be a game changer. i build the same setup every morning with watchlists and comparison pairs, so having a shareable url that drops someone straight into my exact layout would save so much time.
