Love the idea, but its not immediately clear what you are paying $100 a year for. Cloud syncing?

this is a beautiful and potentially very useful app but heck who is going to pay $10/month? In comparison Paprika recipe manager charges one off fee for apps (eg $20 for mac, $5 for ios etc but sync is included. I wish them luck and I know of a few friends who would use it but for me Evernote will suffice instead right now.
An app wish i could use... What's it like to have tons of bottles of great wine around that you want to keep track of?
My strategy of buy a bottle, drink a bottle doesn't make for a great use case
