I run a fitness studio software business. Studio owners talk to an agent called Becky instead of a receptionist. When Becky gets it wrong, an auditor scores the conversation and opens a GitHub issue. Watchtower queues pick it up and CCC works through the queue. Small fix, it builds it. Bigger change, a senior queue writes a go/no-go and waits for me. I approve, it ships, it tells the owners.
