@aaron_cohn The only thing we've learned from quarantine is that anxiety affects people's ability to focus differently. We've created some shorter sprints do speak to this. Beyond that, we talk about hiring your WFH manager (It's you!) Successful WFH is about finding habits, rituals, and ways to keep yourself accountable.

@taylor_jacobson We've been doing remote caves for a year and a half and we were just preparing to launch daily coverage. So, it was pretty seamless! Once the quarantine hit, we converted all our NYC caves, so now we have a lot of coverage!
