CatchMeet is a real-time AI meeting assistant for Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams. It helps during the conversation: proactively surfaces answers from your docs, tickets, or connected sources in about a second, fact-checks claims, and lets you safely switch focus with AI Delegated Listening when your active attention isn’t needed — bringing you back in under half a second when it is. After the call, you still get summaries, transcripts, insights, searchable history, audio playback, and more.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built CatchMeet because most AI meeting assistants are really good at telling you what happened after the meeting — but they don’t help much while the conversation is actually happening.
I wanted to build something that could actively support you throughout the conversation, in real time.
That’s why I built CatchMeet.
CatchMeet follows the conversation as it happens and can proactively surface relevant answers from your docs, tickets, and connected sources, fact-check claims against your own knowledge, and help you safely switch focus with AI Delegated Listening — bringing you back in less than a second when your attention is needed, with all the context you need to immediately jump back in.
The goal is to make your work context useful at the exact moment it matters, instead of making you stop the conversation and search for it manually.
And of course, after the meeting you still get everything you’d expect: summaries, transcripts, insights, searchable history, audio playback, and more.
We’ve spent a lot of time working on latency and the real-time experience, because for this kind of product, a suggestion that arrives 5 seconds late is often useless.
This is still just the beginning, and I’d really love to hear your feedback — especially on the real-time assistance and AI Delegated Listening experience.
