Just went live with CatchKit (catchkit.online) — a platform that combines webhook debugging, form backends, and email
template testing into one tool.
Why I built it:
Looked at the market and saw:
- Formspree: ~$18K MRR with 3 employees (form backends)
- Webhook.site: ~$20K MRR, solo founder (webhook debugging)
- Mailtrap: Millions in revenue (email testing)
All three catch HTTP requests. Same infrastructure, different branding. I figured — why not combine them?
The bet:
Most devs who need webhook debugging also have forms on their sites and also need to test emails. Sell them one tool instead
of three at $9/mo individual or $14/mo combined.
Stack: FastAPI + MongoDB (infra cost: ~$15/mo)
Margins: 95%+
Target: $5K MRR → Flippa exit at 3-5x annual profit
Just launched, zero revenue, looking for first users and
brutally honest feedback.
