Excited to share Catcha, a first of its kind fly fishing knowledge marketplace, with the Product Hunt community! I created Catcha to unlock the power of fly fishing gurus sharing their knowledge through Stream Playbooks with fly anglers seeking to fish better. As a fly angler myself I've always wanted something like Catcha so I made it along with two co-founders and longtime friends. In the spirit of being a knowledge marketplace, anglers subscribe to Stream Playbooks annually which allows Catcha Gurus to earn passive income from their knowledge sharing. We also added a Catcha Gives Back charity aspect as giving back to fly fishing connected causes is important to us. I look forward to the Product Hunt community's feedback, and if you're a fly angler or a fly fishing guru yourself I hope you'll check out Catcha.

@dan_moyers When Dan first came to me with the idea of Catcha, I was a bit skeptical. I had never heard of anything like it in any vertical, and was unsure of the market size of fly fishing. The more we talked, the more I knew there was a great opportunity to create a unique product, which is rare in today's startup world. The exciting part about Catcha is that we get to server two different groups. First, the anglers. They get access to amazing 'playbooks' to enhance their ability to catch fish and enjoy their day on the water. Second, is the gurus. Catcha gives them a platform to share their knowledge and expand the footprint of the sport they love.
